How to turn 1 post into 5, without losing your unique voice
LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, done in minutes.

You’ve got something important to say.
But every time you try to turn your message into content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, email… it feels like wrestling a dozen versions of yourself.
The same idea was rewritten five different ways. Different formats. Different vibes. And each time, it feels like you’re losing something in translation.
Back when I started turning my newsletter into cross-platform content, I’d either:
Sounds like a copy-paste robot 👾
Or spend way too long tailoring every single post manually
Then I discovered a system. I call it: The Cross-Platform Adapter. And the moment I tried it, something impressive happened.

The Cross-Platform Adapter (2.0 Prompt Edition)

Here's the prompt I now use every week to stretch my best ideas across platforms, without burning out or sounding like a broken record.
But before I share it, ask yourself this:
❓ What if one piece of content could fuel your entire week?
❓ What if your message stayed consistent everywhere… but never sounded like a clone?
❓ What if you could create once and amplify everywhere with 80% less effort?
That’s what this prompt helps you do.

Prompt Overview
You’re going to give your original piece of content to the AI, and it’s going to return platform-specific adaptations, each with its own voice, formatting, structure, and call to action.
This isn’t about repurposing. It’s about re-framing.
Why Use This Prompt?
Because writing great content is hard enough.
You shouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel five times a week.
This prompt:
Saves hours of rewriting
Keeps your message crystal-clear across platforms
Respects the norms and algorithms of each platform
Gives you more time to create and connect
You’re not diluting your message. You’re distributing it smartly.
Best Use Cases
You’ve written a newsletter, blog post, or podcast script you’re proud of
You want to publish consistently across 3+ platforms
You hate how most repurposed content sounds like copy-paste trash
You’re growing an audience, building a brand, or selling something, and need reach + resonance
The Prompt

“Adapt my [original content type] for multiple platforms while maintaining its core message. First, identify the key insight and 2–3 supporting ideas.
Then format it as:
A LinkedIn post with a bold hook, structured storytelling, and a clear call-to-action.
A Twitter/X thread with 5–7 punchy tweets that build momentum.
Instagram carousel slide titles that create curiosity and flow visually.
A YouTube script outline that sets up the topic, builds emotional tension, and drives to a clear conclusion.
Match the tone, rhythm, and cultural expectations of each platform while preserving the emotional heart of the original. Be strategic, specific, and human.
Here’s my original content: [PASTE YOUR CONTENT HERE]”
Tips for Better Results
Give it content that already worked - Start with your best-performing piece. Great inputs = great outputs.
Be clear on the message - Before you paste your content, ask yourself: “What’s the one idea I’m trying to share?”
Ask for tone matching - If your brand voice is casual, bold, witty, or heartfelt, mention it in your prompt.
Look at performance - Try this for 2–3 weeks, then compare which platform version drives the most clicks, shares, or replies. Refine from there.
Optional bonus: ask for platform-specific CTAs - (“Prompt people to comment on LinkedIn,” “Ask for RTs on X,” “Drive to YouTube video link,” etc.)
Most people will skip this. They’ll keep wasting time, manually rewriting every idea for every platform.
Or worse, posting the exact same thing everywhere and wondering why it’s not landing.
But not you.
You’ve made it this far because you care about your message. Your time. Your impact.
This is how you scale all three.
Try the prompt today. Tweak it. Make it yours. Then get back to doing what matters: saying something worth hearing.
Because when your message travels right, people listen.
